Charm City Interactive provides website and organic digital marketing services that may include website design and improvement, search engine optimization (SEO), local search optimization, GEO/AEO and AI-search optimization, content strategy, organic social media support, analytics, and conversion improvement. The exact services, scope, deliverables, and pricing for a client are defined by the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are those stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement. Recurring services, when selected, are billed according to the agreed schedule. Refund terms, if any, are governed by the applicable agreement or invoice. We may suspend work on overdue accounts as permitted by the applicable agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and the website, analytics, search, social, or other account access reasonably required for the services they selected. Delays in receiving required information or access may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are governed by the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Charm City Interactive may identify completed client work in its portfolio while respecting confidential information and third-party rights.

6. Confidentiality

We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Charm City Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore County, Maryland.
